I nostalgici anglofili potranno tirare un sospiro di sollievo. Perchè? Sono tornate in voga le tradizionali bretelle inglesi abbottonate alla cintura dei pantaloni.
In perfetto accordo con le tendenze neoromantiche degli anni ottanta, per l'estate 2011 aleggia uno stile tradizionalista un po' manierato, che tira fuori dal baule accessori incisivi ed emblematici, ideali per un film in costume da girare direttamente per strada o alle feste più cool. I dubbi possono vertere sul personaggio da adottare e sull'abito comportamentale più adatto alle nostre corde. D'obbligo l'originalità.
I modelli sono: il jazzista newyorkese, lo studente di Oxford, il membro degli Sharpies (gang della periferia di East Melbourne), il famoso impresario di nightclub degli anni ottanta Chris Sullivan, i coniugi di Grant Wood, l'avventuriero Errol Flynn in "Lo sparviero del mare", "Il monello" di Charie Chaplin.
E per chi non avesse un sarto di fiducia che possa realizzare un pantalone adatto a questo tipo di bretelle, Zara e Pull & Bear lo propongono per tutte le tasche.

The nostalgic Anglophiles will be able to sigh with relief. Why? Because traditional British suspenders to button up to the trousers are coming back.
For summer 2011 it is going to waft a traditional style, a little bit mannered, in perfect match with the neo-romantic tastes of the 80’s, that pulls out of the trunk sharp and incisive accessories, ideal for a costume film to direct through the streets or to the coolest parties.
The doubts could be about the role to choose and the best behavioural look. A must is originality.
The types are: the jazz player from New York, the student from Oxford, the member of Sharpies (youth gangs in East Melbourne’s suburbs), the well-known night club manager of the 80’s Chris Sullivan, the couple of Grant Wood’s “American Gothic”, the adventurer Errol Flynn in “The Sea Hawk” or “The Kid” by Charlie Chaplin.
And for those who don’t have a reliable tailor able to produce a suitable pair of trousers for this kind of suspenders, Zara and Pull & Bear propose it for everyone.
