Doisneau oltre il famoso "Bacio all'Hotel de Ville".

Doisneau beyond the famous “The Kiss by the Hotel de Ville”.
An exhibition at Palazzo delle Esposizioni in Rome celebrates the French photographer from September 29th until February 3rd. The catalogue is a gathering of 500 images, thematically divided, and its main subject is the Ville Lumière and the endless love for a city with so many enchanting shades. Random Paris, Paris revolts, Paris of the Parisians, Paris has fun, cement Paris.
You cannot miss this book if you want to feel the warmth of the baguette just taken out of the oven, or the smell of tobacco, alcohol and coffee of a bistro, the gallantry of charming gentlemen, the screaming merchants of Les Halles, the shimmering jewels and silks during the most exclusive gala dinners. It also includes a part of glossy shots realized for Vogue, without forgetting the portraits of Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Jean Paul Gaultier and many others.
It is a pity that an accurate textus receptus is missing. Anyway it will remain a milestone for the incurable romantics.
P.S. The exhibition will be in Milan from February 19th until May 1st, 2013 at Spazio Oberdan.
